§1 General Provisions
- Definitions of terms used in these Terms:
1.1. Contact Form – an interactive form available on the Website, enabling Users to contact Netwise directly;
1.2. Consumer – a User who is a natural person making a legal transaction with a business not directly related to their professional or business activities, or a User who is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activities, provided that the content of the contract shows it is not of a professional nature for them, particularly due to the subject of their business activities, as made available under the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity;
1.3. Netwise – Netwise Spółka Akcyjna, based in Warsaw, at 8 Szamocka Street, 01-748 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000426913, with fully paid share capital of 101,812.90 PLN, NIP 5242646576, REGON 141395093;
1.4. Privacy Policy – the privacy policy available at https://netwiseglobal.com/privacy-policy/
1.5. Terms – these terms and conditions;
1.6. Website – the website available at www.netwiseglobal.com;
1.7. Services – services provided electronically, as defined by the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344), available on the Website, particularly the services described in paragraph 3 of these Terms;
1.8. User, You – the person using the Website.
2. All copyrights to the content available on the Website, including texts, photos, graphics, logos, and other elements of the Website, belong to Netwise.
3. Users are prohibited from providing illegal content, particularly content infringing upon the personal rights of third parties, promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, or religion, or violating generally accepted social norms.
4. Any reference on the Website to products, services, processes, or other information through the use of a trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or other designation does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Netwise.
§2 Technical Requirements
1. A device with internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Safari in their current versions. To use certain functionalities of the Website, especially the Contact Form, an active email account is also required.
2. Netwise will make every effort to ensure the uninterrupted and correct operation of the Website. However, Netwise reserves the right to:
2.1. Announce a technical break, i.e., temporary suspension or limitation of the Website’s functionalities, in part or whole, especially due to the necessity of maintenance or modernization;
2.2. Modify the Services provided and the operation of the Website.
3. Netwise is not liable for damages resulting from the discontinuity of Service provision caused by circumstances beyond its control, i.e., force majeure.
4. The Website may contain links to other websites. Netwise does not guarantee the accuracy of the information in these links or websites, and browsing them is at the User’s own risk.
§3 Services Provided on the Website
- Free Services offered on the Website include
1.1. Access to materials regarding Netwise’s activities and offers of services, solutions, and products in the area of modern business applications in CRM and PRM formats, as well as sales and marketing technologies;
1.2. Access to industry articles created by Netwise;
1.3. Contact Form.
2. When completing the Contact Form, the User may voluntarily consent to receive marketing information via electronic means from Netwise or companies within the Netwise group (“Newsletter”). The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without giving a reason, by clicking the deactivation link in each email sent within the Newsletter service or by contacting Netwise. If the User has consented to receive the Newsletter by phone, they may withdraw consent by contacting Netwise.
3. The User may stop using the Services at any time (terminate the electronic service agreement) by leaving the Website.
§4 Complaints
1. Users have the right to file complaints regarding the Services at any time.
2. Complaints can be submitted:
2.1. By mail to: Szamocka 8, 01-748 Warsaw;
2.2. Electronically via email: comms@netwise.pl; or
2.3. Electronically through the Contact Form.
3. A complaint should include the User’s details (name, email address), a detailed description of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint, and the User’s request.
4. Netwise will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
5. The response to the complaint will be sent to the email address provided by the User.
§5 Withdrawal from the Agreement
- A Consumer who has entered into an agreement for the provision of electronic services may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason or incurring any costs. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline. he Consumer may submit a statement of withdrawal from the agreement by:
1.1. Sending correspondence to the address: Szamocka 8, 01-748 Warsaw;
1.2. Electronically via email: comms@netwise.pl; or
1.3. Electronically through the Contact Form.
2. The statement of withdrawal may be submitted in any form. The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template provided in Appendix 1 to these Terms.
3. In the case of exercising the right to withdraw, the agreement is considered not concluded.
§6 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
- Consumers have the right to amicable dispute resolution.

- The above provisions are for informational purposes only and do not oblige the Consumer to use out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers may bring claims before a competent court under general principles.
§7 Privacy
- Netwise is the controller of your personal data. Detailed rules concerning privacy and personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://netwiseglobal.com/privacy-policy/.
- The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
§8 Final Provisions
1. These Terms come into effect on the date of their publication on the Website and apply indefinitely.
2. The Terms are available for free on the Website
3.. Netwise reserves the right to amend the Terms in the event of significant reasons, including:
3.1. A change in law or its interpretation by courts, administrative bodies, or other institutions;
3.2. Changes in the scope or conditions of the Services or other features of the Website;
3.3. Changes in the way the Website operates due to technical or technological reasons;
3.4. The necessity to update Netwise’s data;
3.5. The necessity to make editorial changes to the text.
Netwise will inform about changes to the Terms via a notice on the Website, along with the new version of the Terms.
4. In matters not regulated in these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Personal Data Protection Act, shall apply.
