Purpose of the project
The main goal of the Lewiatan company was to design a single, multifunctional website, which, above all, will simplify and shorten the management of service works related to the maintenance of, among others: computers, cash registers, self-service checkouts, loyalty programs in all 3200 stores throughout Poland. Lewiatan Holding also wanted to abandon the manual process support system.
Solution
The implementation of the client’s vision and needs was possible thanks to the use of the latest technologies. Jakub Skałbania, a CRM expert and founder of Netwise, explains that the use of “low-code” technology based on the Microsoft Power Apps platform significantly shortened the application implementation process.
The resulting application is a basic and integrated source of knowledge about the available equipment, its condition, service technicians and current service needs. The created solution saves valuable time and presents all the necessary information in a clear and legible way.
