Netwise has been working with Hempel since 2014. First, we implemented a CRM system for sales management on Dynamics CRM 2011. Then, after adding many features, the system was upgraded to Dynamics 365 and migrated to the public cloud (Dynamics 365 Online). CRM system at Hempel is used in 23 countries all over the globe. It is very closely integrated with an ERP system, SharePoint and custom mobile applications.
