It is a great honor for us to be the first Polish partner, whose project is mentioned at key session at Microsoft Build! 🇵🇱

Nsure.com is a licensed digital insurance agency based in Florida, enabling the purchase of home and auto insurance via smartphones, tablets, or computers in all 50 US states.
Changing from a traditional insurance sales office to a virtual platform required significant dedication and commitment. With Microsoft technology – Power Platform, Power Automate attended and unattended flows, Dynamics 365, Cosmos DB, Fabric, Copilot Studio and Azure Synapse – we completely automated the insurance purchasing process, reducing agent manual tasks by 60%.
Automating with Power Automate, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio allowed us to dynamically develop high-quality services, significantly increasing policy sales and conversions per agent. We even introduced a conversational bot, named Friendly John, to service new and existing customers.
