The Microsoft Cloud Partner Program commenced in October 2022, and, as emphasized by Microsoft itself, both the name and the new principles stem from “investing in the cloud as a strategic lever for innovation and growth.” Despite the program launching late last year, Netwise has secured two key designations: Digital & App Innovation (Azure) and Business Applications.
Achieving these designations involves meeting a series of conditions, which are translated into points across three categories.
Only new customers, gained within the last twelve months, contribute to the scoring, while losing a customer diminishes the rating. It is also a requirement to have a specified number of certified specialists, and in the case of changes in solutions, obtaining current certifications. Microsoft, in awarding the designation, also considers the quality of implementation. Points in this category can only be earned by partners whose implementations contribute to the client’s business development.
