We have received another Microsoft Advanced Specialization: Intelligent Automation in the Business Applications area. This is already the sixth Advanced Specialization in our portfolio and another confirmation of our expertise in process automation and artificial intelligence. In the Microsoft ecosystem, these recognitions are not awarded automatically. Each one requires documented experience from real projects and passing an independent audit.
What are Microsoft Advanced Specializations?
Advanced Specializations are recognitions for Microsoft partners with proven experience in delivering specific types of projects such as process automation, AI solutions, or cloud migrations.
Unlike general competencies, practical experience is what matters here most. Microsoft verifies real client implementations, reviews the quality of solutions, project approach, and the way technologies are used. Each specialization requires passing an independent audit based on actual project delivery.
What are Microsoft Solutions Partner designations?
Alongside Advanced Specializations, there are also Solutions Partner designations, which represent a broader scope of competencies in areas such as Business Applications, Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, and Modern Work. At Netwise we have earned all 4 of them.
To grant them, Microsoft evaluates team certifications, project experience, and the scale of customer adoption. They form the foundation, while Advanced Specializations build on top of them as an additional layer of verification.
What does Intelligent Automation mean in practice?
The Intelligent Automation specialization focuses on projects that combine process automation, system integration, and artificial intelligence into cohesive business solutions.
In practice, this means solutions that automate entire processes rather than just individual tasks, connect different systems, reduce manual work, and use AI where it genuinely brings value, not simply because “AI is expected.”
This is the approach we use every day when building solutions based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
A good example is our work with Nsure.com, a US insurance platform. Agents were spending a significant part of their day on manual follow-ups and paperwork. We automated both end-to-end, connecting all the systems involved into a single coherent flow – cutting manual work by 60% and operational costs in half.

Within Digital & App Innovation:
- Migrate Enterprise Applications to Microsoft Azure
We also hold a Solutions Partner designation in:
- Modern Work
What does this mean for clients?
Each specialization is the result of independent verification. Microsoft reviews real implementations to confirm whether the solutions work, whether they are aligned with business needs, and whether the technology genuinely supports the business instead of only appearing in documentation.
For clients, this means access to solutions that have been validated in practice and refined through real projects. It translates into better alignment with business needs and greater confidence that implementations will deliver the expected results.
